If you are interested in attending, please register on the NELG website for either Saturday, Sunday, or both.
The event runs from 9:30am to 4:00pm on both Saturday and Sunday. Once again, we will be located in the Tavern. Demonstrators can park either in the staff lot behind Security or in the main lot. It is a short walk from either of these lots to the Tavern. Cars can drive into the Village to drop off equipment from 8:00am to 9:00am, but vehicles need to out of the Village by 9.15am. After 9:30am you may handcart equipment in by way of the visitor entrance. Vehicles will again be allowed on the grounds after 4:10 pm both days.
Chairs and a table for display items will be available on site. Food is available at several locations; however lines can be long and supplies limited, so you may wish to bring your own. Window light and some access to electric outlets will be available (bringing battery powered lights or an extension cord is recommended).
