Read more about it at their site. It is a rain or shine event. If there is rain, there is a barn with no electricity so lights won't work. We sit out on the grounds under a grove of maple trees. It can get very, very hot - even in the mountains.
You must be set up before 10am, otherwise you'll have to lug your stuff from the field quite a way from the demo area. Most of us have drive our cars onto the demo area to unload and reload.
